Academic Overview

Program Description & Scope

Conducted in direct clinical partnership with Kulki IVF Centre, this post-doctoral fellowship enables post-graduate gynecologists to transition into fully autonomous reproductive medicine specialists and IVF clinic directors.

Fellows receive intensive clinical training in endocrine workup, controlled ovarian stimulation protocols (antagonist, agonist, dual triggers), 3D/4D ultrasound monitoring, transvaginal ovum pickup (OPU), embryo transfer techniques, recurrent implantation failure (RIF), and management of OHSS.

Direct hydraulic joystick time on Narishige & RI stations.

Kulki IVF Exposure

Real human clinical cycle audits and OPU observation.

MODULE 01

Endocrine Workup & Ovarian Reserve Assessment

AMH, FSH, LH, Estradiol, Progesterone, and thyroid-prolactin axes
Antral Follicle Count (AFC) assessment via high-resolution 3D ultrasound

MODULE 02

Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) Protocols

GnRH antagonist flexible vs fixed protocols
Long agonist, microdose flare, and mild stimulation for poor responders (POSEIDON criteria)
Trigger decisions: hCG, GnRH agonist trigger, and dual triggers for OHSS avoidance
